AES Salesforce CPQ– Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate supporting client-facing managed service delivery for Salesforce CPQ processes, covering data review, enrichment, quality control and issue resolution within PwC's Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Manage Salesforce CPQ outsourced process workstreams across client support, data review, enrichment and processing activities
• Review incoming requests, resolve escalations and triage queries tied to quote-to-cash and customer data workflows
• Apply Salesforce configuration knowledge to support platform updates, workflow improvements and application lifecycle activities
• Validate data quality, control steps and service level measures to maintain consistent delivery across assigned tasks
• Document process steps, issue trends and corrective actions to support repeatable service execution and knowledge transfer
• Interpret client needs and business context to develop practical recommendations for process optimization and issue resolution
• Collaborate with senior team members to monitor work progress, address complex scenarios and adapt to changing priorities
• Use analytical thinking and Salesforce tooling to identify root causes, track defects and support continuous process improvement

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Salesforce CPQ configuration experience in client service environments
• Experience translating business needs into Salesforce solutions
• Using critical thinking to break down complex CPQ scenarios
