AES Salesforce Omnistudio/ Vlocity – Associate

Overview

Support Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity managed service and client support work within PwC's Advisory practice, covering data review, enrichment, processing and quality control as an Associate in the Acceleration Center India.

What you'll do

• Support Salesforce OmniStudio and Vlocity service tasks across client support activities and managed delivery workflows
• Process customer data, review records, and maintain data quality across case and transaction handling activities
• Configure and update Salesforce components to support workflow changes, user requests, and application enhancements
• Monitor service queues, triage issues, and escalate complex items for timely resolution
• Document procedures, process updates, and case outcomes to support consistent service delivery
• Execute quality control checks on data, completed work items, and service outputs to validate accuracy and completeness
• Assist with issue investigation, complaint handling, and corrective actions across operational support processes
• Collaborate with team members to track service levels, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement efforts

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English
