AES Salesforce Developer – Associate

Overview

Support the design, configuration and maintenance of Salesforce solutions that help clients improve customer relationship management, data flow and service delivery, while learning on client engagements within PwC's Advisory practice.

What you'll do

• Execute Salesforce support activities across client engagements, including case handling, data review and process processing
• Configure and maintain Salesforce components to support application enhancement, troubleshooting and ongoing platform use
• Review customer data, correct records and validate data quality across operational workflows
• Monitor quality control procedures, document issues and track corrective actions through resolution
• Manage routine service requests, escalations and user queries with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Support application integration and release activities by following defined technical and delivery processes
• Document process steps, configuration details and service outcomes to support continuity and audit readiness
• Apply Salesforce tools and managed service methods to help improve service delivery and operational performance

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• Oral and written proficiency in English

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data optimization
• Applying a learning mindset in fast-paced client settings
