Overview

AES Salesforce Developer - Senior Associate supporting client service work in Salesforce configuration, custom development, integrations, data optimization, and process support within PwC's Managed Services practice.

What you'll do

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to support outsourced service delivery and client process needs
• Execute client support activities across case handling, data review, enrichment, and processing tasks
• Monitor quality control procedures, validate data accuracy, and address exceptions in service workflows
• Troubleshoot Salesforce application issues and support configuration, integration, and release activities
• Analyze process performance data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and refine service outcomes
• Manage assigned workstreams and coordinate deliverables within complex client service engagements
• Build meaningful client relationships while responding to escalations, questions, and changing priorities
• Guide junior team members on task execution, technical problem solving, and service delivery methods

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
