AI Agent Developer- Senior Associate

Overview

As an AI Agent Developer at Senior Associate level, design and develop AI-enabled solutions within the Data and Analytics Engineering practice. Analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize AI agents using Python, integrating with OpenAI API, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry for advanced natural language processing capabilities.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and Prompt Engineering techniques to improve agent accuracy and contextual understanding.
• Build scalable multi-agent systems using Multi-Agent Frameworks, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen for orchestrating complex AI workflows and interactions.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs to expose agent functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with cloud platforms and external systems.
• Implement observability and monitoring solutions to track agent performance, system health, and facilitate debugging across cloud environments.
• Manage data storage and querying with SQL databases, harnessing Agent Core and Github for version control and collaboration in building AI Code Assistants.
• Use advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization methods to support AI-driven automation, explore new ideas, and deliver work that aligns with broader project objectives.
• Analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's & Master's Degree.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in developing and optimizing AI agents using Python, integrating with OpenAI, Claude, and Azure AI Foundry to deliver advanced NLP solutions.
• Proven ability to design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and apply Prompt Engineering techniques to enhance agent accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Skill in building scalable, collaborative AI ecosystems using Multi-Agent Frameworks, LangGraph, LangChain, and AutoGen to orchestrate complex, multi-agent workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining robust REST APIs that enable integration of AI agents with cloud platforms and third-party systems.
• Strong background implementing observability and monitoring frameworks to ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of AI systems in cloud environments.
• Proficiency managing data with SQL databases and using Agent Core and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and developing AI Code Assistants.
