Overview

Build and integrate automation workflows and AI-powered bots using Zapier and other tools for company operations, starting immediately.

What you'll do

• Map business processes and design automation workflows using triggers, actions, filters, paths, and webhooks.
• Integrate SaaS platforms and APIs with secure credentials, validation, and error handling.
• Create workflows that connect systems and operations across multiple companies.
• Build AI-powered bots and automation solutions to improve workflows and communication.
• Test, monitor workflow failures, troubleshoot issues, and manage workflow versions.
• Document workflows and create support procedures for ongoing maintenance.
• Gather requirements, acceptance criteria, constraints, and priorities.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or Zapier development.
• Strong proficiency with Zapier.
• Experience with Make or n8n.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Experience with Git and code repositories.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
