Overview
AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and integrating AI, machine learning, and generative AI solutions for industrial and business challenges. The role covers technical architecture, data strategy, partner oversight, stakeholder collaboration, and production delivery.
What you'll do
- Design and implement AI, machine learning, generative AI, neural network, and optimization solutions.
- Own machine learning lifecycle activities, including datasets, metrics, acceptance criteria, and evaluation.
- Define end-to-end solution architectures across data sources and enterprise systems.
- Deploy and monitor AI/ML models for drift, performance degradation, and running cost.
- Lead or support operational data collection, processing, analysis, and predictive applications.
- Review partner deliverables through technical evaluations, design reviews, code reviews, and acceptance testing.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical industrial applications.
What you'll need
- 2–4 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or a comparable technical role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch and classical machine learning tools such as scikit-learn.
- Experience with time-series analysis, optimization, GenAI, RAG, vector databases, and A2A.
- Knowledge of cloud services, SQL, data pipelines, and structured and unstructured data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in industrial or complex operational environments.
- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and production integration.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, electrification, power systems, or related technical domains.
- Awareness of AI regulation and governance, including the EU AI Act and GDPR.
- Experience in innovation management or patent-related work.
