Overview
Engineer responsible for configuring and automating an enterprise AI governance platform, including integrations, reporting, and operationalization of responsible AI policy controls.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain enterprise AI governance capabilities and standardized workflows.
- Design and maintain scalable integrations between AI governance capabilities and core enterprise systems.
- Set up standardized data exchange and event-driven patterns for automated assessments, approvals, evidence capture, and reporting.
- Enable governance metrics, analytics, and automated reporting processes.
- Implement data quality and traceability practices for accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
- Translate responsible AI, privacy, and security policies into operational controls embedded in processes and platform configurations.
- Coordinate with platform vendors for configuration guidance, support, and capability enablement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field, and minimum 8 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with minimum 5 years).
- Experience architecting integrations and orchestrating automations using standardized patterns.
- Experience with One Trust, designing and configuring governance workflows and evidence management.
- Experience with reporting, including metrics design and automated reporting processes.
- Experience with responsible AI and governance frameworks and regulatory trends.
- Experience operating with minimal oversight and managing moderately sized projects or processes.
- Experience communicating with and influencing cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Security, Data and AI, Business).
Details
- Work location is Remote (primarily offsite from home).
- U.S. authorization required; no immigration sponsorship and no export authorization sought for the role.
- Salary range: 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
