Overview

Staff Solutions Architect for Opportunity Lifecycle Management, building next-generation Salesforce-based lifecycle platforms and owning solution design for the GTMA OLM team.

What you'll do

• Architect and manage Salesforce and adjacent technologies for opportunity lifecycle management.
• Maintain a holistic view of CRM processes and user personas to ensure compatibility across upstream and downstream systems.
• Communicate and partner with stakeholders across different technical acumen levels.
• Lead end-to-end projects to improve opportunity lifecycle tracking and revenue forecasting workflows.
• Architect and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Components, Apex, and Flow.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide ongoing roadmap design with product partners.
• Represent technology and advocate for best practices across scalable governance and system health.

What you'll need

• 10 years of extensive experience with Salesforce and SalesCloud implementations.
• 5+ years designing and implementing large-scale automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 5+ years of experience with usage based selling automation (within Salesforce ecosystem).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative automation, Apex, data modeling, event platforms, and batch processes, plus integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to document thinking, recommendations, and process mappings.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives.
