AI Principal Solution Architect & Consultant for Smart Manufacturing & Operations, defining enterprise-scale AI technical vision and architectures for IT-OT integrated manufacturing solutions.

What you'll do

• Define technical vision and architecture for enterprise-scale AI solutions in Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Operations.
• Design end-to-end IT-OT architectures integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
• Leverage AI technologies including GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, and digital twins.
• Engage executive stakeholders to assess business needs, lead architecture workshops, and create transformation roadmaps.
• Support strategic pursuits by creating solution strategies, reference architectures, implementation approaches, and executive presentations.
• Provide architectural governance, mentor technical teams, and collaborate with global engineering and partners.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory environments.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML including GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, and digital twins.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale IT-OT solutions integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and industrial control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into scalable, secure, production-ready technical solutions.
