Analog Circuit Design Engineering Manager

Overview

Lead a team of analog circuit design and layout engineers designing analog and mixed-signal circuits for power delivery applications within Intel's Power Delivery HIP organization.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analog circuit design and layout engineers in executing complex technical projects.
• Plan and manage resources, schedules, and priorities to meet design objectives and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on design specifications, requirements, and deliverables.
• Oversee the development, validation, and optimization of analog and mixed-signal circuits for power delivery applications.
• Ensure design quality and reliability while meeting performance and cost targets.
• Drive technical innovation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and technical insights to stakeholders and senior management.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 9+ years of experience in analog circuit design and development, OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience, OR PhD in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including design, simulation, and validation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of power delivery solutions and their impact on system performance.
