Analyst, Data Analytics

Overview

Analyst role in Data Analytics at Edwards Lifesciences, supporting commercial dashboards, reporting and data integrity.

What you'll do

• Automate, standardise and deliver commercial dashboards, reporting, analytics and strategic insight to deliver business outcomes.
• Create customised reports to provide insights for stakeholders to make business decisions.
• Aggregate data from different sources and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and execution cadence of change, new reporting and dashboard requests.
• Identify issues and provide recommendations for process improvement in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Perform data integrity and manipulation tasks such as merging duplicate records and establishing proper ownership of existing accounts and contacts.
• Support Strategy with Data Stewardship and Governance Initiatives.
• Drive best practice for adoption, usage, data maintenance and integrity.
• Other incidental duties.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in full-stack software development, tool development, database design, analytics and dashboard creation.
• Proficient with PowerBI, Tableau and SalesForce.com (SFDC).
• Advanced Excel including complex formula and data manipulation.

Nice to have

• Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Experience with consumer AI solutions (Copilot, Claude code etc.).
• Ability to understand and analyse industry trends.
• Knowledge of database, data warehousing or data sciences.
• Experience in documenting data flows, business processes, power point presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak to varying levels across the organization.
• Good computer skills including related tools and systems.
• Solid knowledge and understanding with BI, reporting, data mining, or multi-data center applications.
• Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to solve business problems.
• Strict attention to detail.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
