Analyst, Financial Operations

Overview

Handle merchant, customer and bank queries on settlements, refunds, transactions and payments, resolving issues with partner banks and internal teams to keep funds flowing correctly.

What you'll do

• Deal with banks for refunds and settlement issues.
• Work closely with the Finance team on reconciliation and other issues.
• Solve tickets and queries raised by merchants, customers or banks.
• Apply good knowledge of products to resolve customer, merchant and bank issues.
• Review open tickets assigned on FreshDesk and reply to queries related to them.
• Reconcile transactions and refunds with partner banks.
• Work with the Tech team to fix refund and settlement issues.
• Work with other teams, especially Support and Sales, to resolve queries.
• Handle matters that affect inflow and outflow of funds at transaction level.
• Complete tasks within SLAs and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• MS Office knowledge (mandatory).
• Reconciliation experience (must have).

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI to explore and use in the process.
