Analyst HR Ops

Overview

Analyst role in HR Operations, acting as a process subject matter expert for medium-complexity, time-sensitive HR processes.

What you'll do

• Build broader familiarity with and understanding of HR Operations responsibilities and processes, acting as a process SME for medium-complexity and time-sensitive processes.
• Prepare periodic status reports as assigned or directed.
• Receive and address basic HR-related inquiries from associates and leaders, and assist team members with more complex query resolution.
• Perform HRIS data entry, ensuring associate records accurately reflect pay, benefits, status and other information.
• Ensure all associate data and information is retained in accordance with company policies on privacy and confidentiality.
• Create and deliver employment-related packets to appropriate parties (e.g., new-hire, life change, change-of-status, termination).

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree and 2-4 years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
