Analyst – Master Data Management

Overview

Analyst – GBS Master Data Management supports analysis, reporting, and updates for vendor master records, including vendor setup changes and pricing resolution with suppliers and buyer groups.

What you'll do

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Resolve pricing and other commercial T&Cs with suppliers and buyer groups.
• Provide timely reports and analysis as required.
• Maintain public relations with outside suppliers and partnership with internal customers.
• Manage vendor master records, including updates and new vendor setup.
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from the original requests.
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (B.B.A / B.Com / B.Sc.).
• Proficiency with ERP/P2P systems (BAAN / SAP / Oracle).
• Mandatory knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP (preferably BAAN).
• Ability to work in all shifts.
