Analytics Engineer

Overview

Analytics Engineer (Strategic Accounts) who embeds with an enterprise client’s growth team as a technical partner. You’ll own end-to-end SQL and data work powering audience building and live email/direct mail campaigns.

What you'll do

• Build and edit SQL for audience building and email/direct mail campaign support.
• Work with a single enterprise client to understand business needs, data landscape, and blockers.
• Design and build scalable data models for analytical and operational goals.
• Improve internal workflows and tooling to increase efficiency and repeatability.
• Guide technical and strategic data decisions with client stakeholders.
• Investigate data discrepancies and analyze deltas between tables to answer client questions.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience in a production environment.
• Ability to write, read, and debug complex SQL queries regularly.
• Hands-on experience querying cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks).
• Understanding of data pipelines and data engineering concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling).
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical partners.
• Ability to stay responsive and calm under tight, recurring deadlines.

Details

• Work mode: Remote (United States).
• Compensation: on-target earnings of $110,000 to $120,000 USD.
• Requires candidates to be based in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
