Analytics Manager

Overview

Lead analytics for a business area by owning metrics, experimentation, measurement, and the data and analytics roadmap. Partner across product, engineering, growth, marketing, and operations to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team.
• Develop and execute the data and analytics roadmap and strategy.
• Generate actionable insights through forecasting, business analysis, and model development.
• Define growth plans and optimise the full customer funnel.
• Design and execute A/B testing and conversion optimisation programmes.
• Define and track growth metrics, including CAC, activation, retention, payback time, and revenue per customer.
• Conduct cohort analysis and journey mapping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.

What you'll need

• 5+ years in analytics and analytics management.
• 2+ years managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in a consumer-FMCG environment, preferably CPG or fintech.
• Experience scaling product businesses and owning significant revenue targets.
• Deep SQL knowledge.
• Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business or STEM.
• Experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or credit risk analytics.
• Experience with mass-marketing and product-led growth models.
• P&L or budget responsibility.
