Analytics Manager

Overview

Lead analytics for a business area by owning metrics, measurement, experimentation, and the data and analytics roadmap. Use data to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, revenue, and product growth.

What you'll do

• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing analytics team.
• Set and execute the data and analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Generate actionable insights for product, operations, marketing, and engineering.
• Own growth metrics and commercial goals across the customer funnel.
• Create forecasts and budgets for products.
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve conversion, adoption, lifetime value, and churn.
• Conduct cohort analysis and journey mapping to identify optimisation opportunities.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in analytics and analytics management.
• At least 2 years managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Experience in consumer-FMCG, CPG, or fintech environments.
• Experience scaling product businesses and owning significant revenue targets.
• Deep SQL knowledge.
• Experience with growth experiments, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and user behaviour analysis.
• Strong communication, leadership, commercial awareness, and business acumen.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business or STEM.
• Experience in growth analytics, product analytics, or credit risk analytics.
• Experience with mass-marketing and product-led growth models.
• P&L or budget management experience.
