Analytics Manager, Product

Overview

Analytics Manager, Product will lead product analytics for Headout’s Product org, building product intelligence to guide decisions and experimentation.

What you'll do

• Define product metrics, frameworks, and experimentation systems.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to shape product work.
• Build and lead product analysts to operate with ownership toward outcomes.
• Support customer understanding for “what should we build next?” questions.
• Raise standards for running experiments, including rigor and decision-making guardrails.
• Improve conversion, retention, and LTV through analytics-driven systems.

What you'll need

• 6-10 years in product analytics.
• At least 2 years leading or mentoring analysts.
• Proven experience defining metrics teams use for decisions.
• Ability to frame problems into testable hypotheses and measurement plans.
• Experience running A/B tests end-to-end and knowing statistical pitfalls/when to use experiments.
• Advanced SQL and comfort using Python/R for analysis and statistics.
