Payroll Specialist

Overview

APAC Payroll Specialist responsible for end-to-end processing of monthly payrolls in APAC, with a focus on India.

What you'll do

• Process monthly payrolls for India, Singapore, China, and Malaysia.
• Handle full lifecycle payroll including BAU, end-of-year tasks, and audit requirements.
• Answer employee queries related to payroll and manage related communications.
• Partner with HR and Finance for payroll review, approval, and query resolution.
• Coordinate with People teams to ensure payroll runs smoothly.
• Work with external payroll providers for monthly payroll processing.
• Support the Global Payroll Manager on payroll audits, reviews, and special payroll projects.

What you'll need

• 6–8 years’ experience running APAC (India) payrolls end to end.
• Experience with Workday and Cloud Pay.
• Experience using outsourced payroll providers.
• Sound knowledge of relevant payroll legislation.
• Ability and willingness to learn other payroll legislation in applicable regions.
• Conscientiousness with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
