• Act as an SME and collaborate with the team to perform.
• Provide solutions that apply across multiple teams.
• Streamline support processes to improve system reliability.
• Mentor junior team members in technical and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining performance of business-critical applications.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting tools and techniques specific to SAP environments.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
