Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer providing continuous monitoring, investigation, and issue resolution across components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of essential business systems.
• Monitor systems continuously and analyze system behaviors.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate support activities with stakeholders.
• Provide solutions for immediate and other teams, including key support decisions.
• Mentor junior team members to improve problem-solving and technical knowledge.
• Continuously improve support processes to reduce downtime.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Ability to work with distributed computing frameworks and big data technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
