Application Support Engineer

Overview

What you'll do

• Monitor and diagnose issues across critical business system components.
• Lead team activities as a subject matter expert.

• Mentor junior team members on technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
• Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure components and protocols.
• Experience managing enterprise-level network environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
• 15 years of full-time education.
