Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for ongoing client-system/application support and issue resolution for critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Interface with clients to understand issues and provide resolutions.
• Monitor systems and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Interpret client issues and design solutions using product knowledge.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Act as an SME and support team execution and decisions.
• Maintain high communication with clients about issue progress.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Basic networking skills in routing & switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Minimum 3 must-have skills from the listed firewall/security/toolset (Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, F5 Load Balancers).
• Network security implementation and operations proficiency.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
• Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools.
• 15 years full time education required.
• Mandatory professional certifications.

• Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends.
