Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer to act as the ongoing interface between clients and systems, diagnosing issues and driving resolutions to keep operations running.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME and collaborate with the team to perform responsibilities.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions using product knowledge.
• Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring and resolving technical issues.
• Maintain high communication with clients to keep them informed about issue progress.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Basic networking skills in routing & switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent).
• Network security operations experience including proficiency in network security implementation and operations.
• Know network and security principles and operations.
• Experience implementing and managing network security solutions.
• ITIL framework knowledge for service management.
• Mandatory professional certifications.
