Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective, providing dynamic service to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Based at the Hyderabad office.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise-level business applications.
• Investigate and resolve complex software issues, analyzing system behavior.
• Document issues and solutions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience in monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level business applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data integration processes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively document issues and solutions.
