Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across components of critical business systems, based at the Chennai office.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for application support.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot software problems and ensure applications run smoothly to support business operations.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• 15 years full time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
