Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for identifying and resolving issues in critical business systems, with a focus on BlueYonder Warehouse Management.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and resolve software issues across multiple system components.
• Monitor system performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Provide solutions for the immediate team and other teams.
• Manage team performance and contribute to team decisions.
• Train junior team members.
• Document solutions and support software users.

What you'll need

• At least 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Proficiency in BlueYonder Warehouse Management.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing software issues.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
