Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support critical business systems by investigating, diagnosing, and resolving issues across application and distributed data-system components.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across critical business systems.
• Monitor system performance and diagnose problems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize system issues.
• Collaborate with multiple teams on key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members on problem-solving.
• Improve support processes and operational efficiency.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience troubleshooting complex issues in distributed data systems.
• Strong analytical skills for root-cause identification.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• 15 years of full-time education.
