Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, investigate and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Monitor system behavior, collaborate with teams, and deliver timely solutions to maintain the reliability and efficiency of business applications.

What you'll do

Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
Make team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business needs.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Investigate and resolve issues within various components of essential business systems.
Continuously monitor systems and analyze system behavior.

What you'll need

Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
15 years full time education.
Proficiency in SAP for Oil & Gas Downstream.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills related to SAP modules in the oil and gas downstream sector.
Experience in managing and supporting complex business applications in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
Good communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.
