Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support critical business applications by investigating software issues, analyzing system behavior, and delivering timely resolutions. The role involves Java full-stack development, application monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve issues across application components.
• Monitor applications and analyze system behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Improve support processes and tools.
• Guide and support junior team members.
• Contribute solutions during team discussions.

What you'll need

• At least 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong software debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management and support frameworks.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
• Experience with integrated front-end and back-end technologies.
• 15 years of full-time education.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular.
• Experience with jQuery.
