Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and resolve issues across critical business systems, troubleshoot software challenges, analyze system performance, and improve application support processes.

What you'll do

• Identify and resolve issues across multiple business system components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges.
• Analyze system performance and support continuous process improvement.
• Participate actively in team discussions.
• Document processes and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
• Train and mentor junior team members.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems independently.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
• Understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Familiarity with database management and SQL.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• 15 years of full-time education.
