Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, act as software detectives to identify and solve issues across multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot software challenges, analyze system performance and support continuous improvement of software applications.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Participate actively and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in documenting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.
• Identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges.
• Analyze system performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of software applications.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
• Certified in Optime, Anesthesia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Familiarity with system integration and data flow management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• 15 years full-time education.
