Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Document and communicate findings and resolutions to enhance team knowledge and support processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for system maintenance and issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in O9 Data Integration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Data Integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively.
• Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise-level software applications.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand system dependencies and impacts.
• Familiarity with data flow processes and integration points within business-critical systems.
• 15 years full time education.
