Application Support Engineer

Overview

Support and maintain critical business systems, with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration. Diagnose application issues, collaborate with teams, and help maintain stable, reliable services.

What you'll do

• Monitor and diagnose issues across critical business systems.
• Resolve SharePoint Online service and integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on application issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
• Improve support processes and tools.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online Administration.
• Experience managing and configuring SharePoint Online environments.
• Understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, permissions, and governance.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.
• 15 years of full-time education.
