Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

Provide SME-level support for application/problem investigation and resolution.
Collaborate with multiple teams to troubleshoot software-related challenges.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
Contribute solutions for immediate and cross-team problem scenarios.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

What you'll need

Have minimum 5 years of experience in EPIC Systems.
Be certified in HB/HB Claims.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have experience with incident management and resolution processes.
Be familiar with application monitoring tools.
Have 15 years of full-time education.
