Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Provide SME support and collaborate with/advise the team on decisions.
• Investigate and resolve problems across multiple components and teams.
• Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability.
• Monitor systems continuously and help maintain smooth operations.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication for alignment on issue resolution.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level financial software solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Ability to document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles.
