Application Support Engineer

Overview

As an Application Support Engineer, identify and resolve issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyze system performance, implement solutions, document findings, and ensure systems function optimally.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Participate actively and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Assist in developing and implementing new processes to improve system performance.
• Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot software problems.
• Analyze system performance.
• Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document findings.
• Ensure that systems are functioning optimally.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Experience in GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience creating Bot agents and deploying them in multiple environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
• Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly for future reference.
