What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Understanding of incident management and problem resolution processes in IT service management.
• Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
• Ability to analyze system logs to diagnose application performance issues.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integration with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
