Application Support Engineer

Overview

Provide application support by monitoring critical business systems, investigating issues, and resolving disruptions. The role includes team collaboration, technical decision-making, and ServiceNow-based troubleshooting and automation.

What you'll do

• Monitor and investigate issues across critical business systems.
• Resolve enterprise application support issues.
• Manage team activities and make team decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve issue resolution and system performance.
• Mentor junior team members on technical capabilities and problem-solving.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication about support priorities and system updates.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise software applications.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting and automation.
• 15 years of full-time education.
