Application Support Engineer acting as a software detective to identify and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems, with a focus on O9 Solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as a software detective, investigating and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute in team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Document findings and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in implementing system updates and patches to improve functionality and security.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in O9 Solutions (must have).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in O9 Solutions.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of software issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with monitoring and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
• Ability to work with multiple system components and understand their interdependencies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality support.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
