Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system challenges and implement effective resolutions.
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance service quality and efficiency.

What you'll need

• Must have: proficiency in Siemens Mendix.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Mendix.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving software issues.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications to ensure high availability.
• Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• 15 years full-time education.
