Application Support Engineer role acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service to identify and solve issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll need

• 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure components related to Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience with incident response and root cause analysis in complex software environments.
• Ability to design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure system health and availability.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues in distributed systems and cloud environments.
