Application Support Engineer

Overview

Act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues across multiple components of critical business systems.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with and managing the team to perform.
• Take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
• Mentor junior team members to develop their technical and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
• Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.
• 15 years full time education.
