Application Support Engineer

Overview

Application Support Engineer responsible for investigating and resolving issues across components of critical business systems and ensuring smooth application operation.

What you'll do

• Investigate and resolve software issues across multiple system components.
• Monitor systems continuously and support reliable performance.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders on support activities.
• Provide solutions for immediate and cross-team problems.
• Support team decisions and act as an SME.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Proficient in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise BI and data integration systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to address system challenges.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of data services environments.
• 15 years of full time education is required.
