Overview

Applied AI Architect for enterprise pre-sales, acting as a trusted technical advisor to help large enterprises integrate and deploy Claude.

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions aligned to business goals.
• Advise enterprise customers through Claude adoption from discovery and evaluation through deployment.
• Coordinate internally across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content tailored to engineering and executive audiences.
• Guide integration architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into their existing stack.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks and identify integration patterns.

What you'll need

• 5+ years’ experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native or C1 German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering/IT teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning/data science.

Details

• Location: Munich, Germany.
• Hybrid policy: expected to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time.
• Travel: travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives.
