Applied AI Architect, Applied AI (Digital Natives Business)

Overview

Applied AI Architect (Pre-Sales) supporting large enterprises to understand Claude’s value and architect successful integration and deployment of Claude into customer technology stacks.

What you'll do

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with account executives.
• Act as primary technical advisor through discovery, evaluation, and deployment of Claude.
• Coordinate across internal teams and stakeholders to drive customer success.
• Support customers building with the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for technical and executive audiences.
• Guide integration architecture decisions and help customers integrate Claude into existing systems.
• Help customers develop evaluation frameworks for their Claude use cases.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives and engineering/IT teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science.

Details

• Travel occasionally to customer sites for workshops and technical deep dives.
• Hybrid policy: expected in one office at least 25% of the time; some roles may require more.
