What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE) or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven B2B sales experience and OEM sales dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
