Key Account Manager

Overview

Key Account Manager role focused on driving regional sales operations in the assigned territory, including planning customer visits, managing hospital specialists, and expanding product range through negotiation and launches.

What you’ll do

• Distribute regional sales plans and manage hospital specialists’ activities in the territory.
• Plan and schedule regular customer visits and calls, and track team performance.
• Monitor auctions on electronic trading platforms and align tender bonuses with company policies.
• Collect and analyze data on existing and potential customers to identify business opportunities.
• Gather competitor information and respond to competitive actions.
• Negotiate with distributors and pharmacy chains to expand product assortment and manage contract execution.
• Coordinate product launches and optimize distribution structure across hospital and pharmacy segments.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 7+ years overall experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience within B2B pharma/packaged foods/medical equipment/nutrition.
• Experience in institutional pharma sales (hospital/retail chains) with exposure to a minimum revenue size of USD 150K or its geographical equivalent in OTC/RX or business development roles in API/formulations.
• Skills in account management.
• Skills in bid management.
• Skills in bid management and contract management.
• Post-graduation degree in any discipline.
