Overview

District Account Manager for wound closure products in key accounts, driving MedTech clinical sales and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.

What you'll do

• Own sales of wound closure products in key accounts.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for the franchise within a designated territory.
• Close sales, aiming to improve customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty for J&J Medical.
• Identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
• Identify tender/contract opportunities and work with colleagues to deliver.
• Identify and train surgeons on new technologies via consult-in-surgery and sales calls.

What you'll need

• Have thorough product knowledge of wound closure products.
• Maintain understanding of customers’ needs and marketplace competitive developments.
• Develop and execute an effective territory plan with guidance.
• Demonstrate product application/usage and differentiate from competitor products.
• Enhance understanding of product features, benefits, correct application, and usage.
• Build knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical procedures through experience and training.
